Yes, all items are well packaged and sent via a tracked and signed delivery service. I dispatch via Royal Mail and UPS.

NO, all items sold in this store are non-returnable. All computer parts are fully functional. All clothing is in excellent condition. All video games, DVDs, and CDs, are playable, most being VGC or BNIB. Digital downloads are non-returnable by default. All jewellery is VGC with COA for limited editions. All book listings include any item faults. All other items are new or VGC and all listings will include any item faults. If an item is somehow damaged in transit the buyer must provide proof and return the item with original packaging to qualify for a refund. Expense of return is met by buyer. Transit damage is unlikely to occur as I package items with the sole purpose of protection in transit.

Postage costs depend on weight of an item, and include cost of packaging and tracking. FREE within UK. Buyer is responsible for any import duty taxes.
